L: Holy Mary, our mother and arbitrator, and St. Joseph, Head of the Holy family, hear our prayers and protect us from all adversities and struggles with the power of darkness, like you kept child Jesus from the snares of enemies. Oh! Blessed Mother, who enclosed St. John Paul II in your venerable hand after the attack of the enemies, we humbly request you to keep us safe in your holy hands. Oh! Holy Mother, pray for us to your son, that we may not be ruined by the sorrow, difficulties, distress, losses and failures we suffer in our daily lives. And we implore you to keep us close to your son so that we are not lost in this world.  Amen

PRAYER TO CONCLUDE

(At the closing)

Lord Jesus, bless us all. Help us to always tread before you with a pure heart and deep faith. Let not our eyes witness evil, nor our tongues turn hurtful.  May our feet never go astray and let our hands be giving. Oh! Christ our saviour, give us a heart which always looks upto you, a mind which never falters at the worldly gates, and lead us to a life of purity. Lord, be our solace in pain, success in failure, hope in despair and comfort in defeat. St John Paul II, our heavenly patron, pray for us that we may follow your path and live out your values of ardent faith, evangelical spirit and holiness of life. Oh! Jesus, bless us, our families, our mentors and guides, and all our friends and colleagues, and keep us all safe in the shelter of thy cross, now and forever.

G: Amen
